Frequently Asked Questions

Everything You Need to Know

What ages are these designed for?

Electric 24V builds are usually better for younger riders, while larger electric and gas models suit older kids, teens, or supervised adult use. The right setup depends on rider size, property, and experience level, so we confirm fit during the quote process.

MiniLegend is positioned below the boutique ultra-premium competitors while still feeling like a specialty vehicle brand, not a toy-store product. Final pricing depends on engine type, finish level, and whether the build is standard or custom.

Standard-color inventory can move faster than custom work, while custom color or livery builds usually take longer because they require approvals and production time. Exact timing is quoted case by case and explained further in our Shipping Policy.

Yes. US shipping terms, freight upgrades, and international delivery costs are outlined in our Shipping Policy. International duties, taxes, and destination fees are typically quoted separately unless we state otherwise in writing.

The site currently positions MiniLegend with a limited mechanical warranty for covered defects, but the exact warranty terms should always be read with your order paperwork. Cosmetic wear, crash damage, misuse, and unauthorized modifications are not treated the same as manufacturing defects.

Yes. Venue and multi-unit buyers should use the custom build form or contact sales@miniledgend.com. Larger orders may receive quote-specific terms covering branding, freight, and delivery scheduling.

Yes. Custom names, numbers, color themes, and livery details can all be discussed during the build process. Uploaded references help a lot here.

Most orders are handled through a quote, deposit, and final invoice flow rather than a simple retail checkout. Available payment methods and deposit timing will be listed in your quote or invoice. See our Terms and Conditions and Refund Policy for the current order rules.
