1. When an order is ready to enter production
An order is considered ready for production when we have all of the following:

- A confirmed delivery address and contact information.
If any of that information is missing, estimated production or ship windows do not start yet.
2. Estimated build and shipment windows

- Ready-to-ship or standard-color inventory: about 1 to 2 weeks.
- Custom color or livery builds: about 3 to 5 weeks after the order is production-ready.
- Bulk or venue orders: timing is quoted case by case based on quantity and finish level.
Transit time is separate from build time. After a carrier picks up the order, domestic delivery may take several business days depending on destination, freight class, weather, and final-mile scheduling.
3. Shipping methods
MiniLegend may ship by parcel, freight, or another carrier selected for the size and destination of the order. Larger vehicles, bulk orders, and venue orders are typically delivered by freight service.
